Bible Studies for Community Groups, Small Groups, and Sunday Schools
The No-Prep Bible Study Series
The No-Prep Bible Study Series is designed to meet the needs of the untold thousands of small groups engaged in bible study. They are known in the church world as Community Groups, Life Groups, Small Groups, Adult Bible Fellowships, and even the old fashioned name of, yes, Sunday School Classes.
By no prep, we mean no preparation on the part of the leader or the participants. You can simply read the blurbs, answer the questions, and bring a meaningful bible study to conclusion in 45 minutes—with no prep.
These lessons are geared for Christians across denominational lines. Indeed, every lesson has been trial tested on real small groups from different denominations. Participants have invariably found that the thoughts presented are both interesting and compelling.
About
Kenny Beck has enjoyed teaching adult Bible classes for over 35 years in various evangelical denominations—Baptist, Methodist, and Bible Church. He has taught every size and age-range of adult Bible classes imaginable. His current class averages well over 40 people ranging in age from 10 to 91.
A typical Kenny Beck lesson features a colorful handout, a huge white dry erase board, a good dollop of class participation, and plenty of enthusiasm.
Vocationally, Kenny has been a full-time private piano teacher in Katy, Texas, since 1984. There are two songs floating around the Christian world written by Kenny and his Nashville pal, Jeff Nelson—”Forever His Blood” and “Take My Life.” “Forever His Blood” is available on You-Tube.

I just saw these great tips from the group leader guidelines at New Vision Baptist Church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Here they are, slightly adapted. Do: Don’t:
Our newest No-Prep book came into the world August 17th! It is called “Suffering and Evil: Biblical Answers from the Christian Perspective.” This book features seven lessons: Even though the topic is usually difficult and emotional, I’ve kept the material extremely organized and light enough to not be overbearing. The big feature in this book …
Our next three booklets are in process: I’m excited about all three of these newbies! Additionally, due to the continued popularity of “Jesus’ Most Popular Parables,” and “Jesus’ Most Challenging Parables,” we are planning a third parable booklet called “Jesus’ Most Provocative Parables.” Look for it in 2026.
